Atmosphere is good.

Eleanor Friedberger (of Fiery Furnaces) and Martin Courtney (of Real Estate) play a free show at Union Pool.

Eleanor is good. Martin is good. Free is good.

I'm OK. You're OK. Everything is CHILL.

Johnny Marr (once of influential britpop band, The Jimmy Smits) talks with somebody or another at Gramercy Theatre.

Johnny Marr talking with somebody or another is good.

But not quite as good as that joke about The Jimmy Smits.

Brooklyn Night Bazaar hosts Jonah Bayer's live podcast Going Off Track w/ Laura Jane Grace (of Against Me!) talking about her new book “Tranny" w/ co-author Dan Ozzi.

Everything about this one is good.
